YogaMind specializes in private yoga sessions. These sessions are recommended for anyone who wants to learn how to use yoga and other modalities to maintain mobility and gain strength, address chronic pain or tension, when transitioning from Physical Therapy, or as an adjunct to chiropractic care.
Two visits are suggested as a minimum. Detailed information is collected and assessments are performed during the first session. During additional sessions, a personalized yoga program is created using anatomy, biomechanics, yoga practices, and self myofascial release.
Appropriate for: individuals wanting private sessions that fit their time schedule, information seeking individuals wanting to address aches that may include shoulder issues, neck pain, low back pain, or athletes wanting to improve their sport.
